Michael fixed my laptop when I had ruined a screw that held in my battery. He came to the house with his equipment, he was respectful and explained everything he was going to do. He not only fixed the screw, he replaced the battery (I had purchased previously when I thought I could do it myself) and he ran tests on my laptop to see the functionality. After, he explained to me the types of programs that were downloaded that were draining my computer that I didn’t need. He was extremely thorough. I absolutely recommend Michael for all your technological needs.
