Who We Are
Mike Cote Tech LLC is a locally owned technology services business based in Athol, Massachusetts. Founded by Michael Cote, the business was built on a straightforward idea: people and small businesses in north-central Massachusetts deserve reliable, honest tech support from someone who actually comes to them — not a big-box store, not a call center, and not a repair shop with a two-week turnaround.
Over more than a decade of hands-on IT work, Mike has helped hundreds of customers throughout the Athol area get their computers, networks, and devices working the way they should. From a retired teacher dealing with a virus infection to a small business owner whose office network went down, the goal is always the same: fix the problem, explain it clearly, and make sure it doesn't happen again.
Mike holds a full set of CompTIA certifications — A+, Network+, Linux+, IT Fundamentals, CLNP, and Stack CSSS — along with an MTA/MCP Windows Server Administration Fundamentals credential and HDI Certified Desktop Support Technician status. These certifications are backed by real-world experience, not just classroom training.
