Mike Cote Tech LLC provides in-home and remote tech support for software troubleshooting, general maintenance, system optimization, virus removal, network setup, printer setup, and IT consulting for homes and businesses.

Please note the following service limitations:

We do not troubleshoot completely non-working computers (computers that won't power on at all) under the standard hourly service — book "Computer Trouble Shooting" instead
We do not perform laptop hardware part replacements (screens, keyboards, motherboards)
We do not work on issues that have already been partially repaired by another technician or by the owner

Q: Which service should I book?

A: If you're not sure, call (978) 763-6164 before booking and we'll help you choose. Generally: for slow computers or general software issues, book "Mobile Computer Services." For a computer that won't turn on, book "Computer Trouble Shooting." For internet or Wi-Fi problems, book "Mobile Computer Services" and describe the issue in the notes.

Q: Do you come to my home or do I need to drop off my computer?

A: We come to you. All in-home services are performed at your location — there is no drop-off point. Remote tech support is available for software issues that don't require a visit.

Q: What are your service hours?

A: Monday through Friday 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm, and Saturday through Sunday 11:00 am – 11:00 pm. Bookings outside these hours will be scheduled for the next available slot.
