I was more than happy with great prices, high quality in service, as well as same day service. He was also very easy to work with and explained to me to what was going on during the repair. Michael fixed my laptop when I had ruined a screw that held in my battery. He came to the house with his equipment, he was respectful and explained everything he was going to do.
He not only fixed the screw, he replaced the battery (I had purchased previously when I thought I could do it myself) and he ran tests on my laptop to see the functionality.
After, he explained to me the types of programs that were downloaded that were draining my computer that I didn’t need. He was extremely thorough.

Mike was great. I pride myself on being relatively capable of handling most of our at-home technology needs but we ran into an issue with sons newly built gaming pc that we just couldn’t figure out.
