Mike was professional, attentive to details, and care about details. The communication in regarding the installation was great. In my case, I had all the materials from Starlink, including the installation kit and additional wiring. Most installers will not have additional material for the job. I quoted 3 different installers, not counting Starlink. Starlink wanted $1000 to install their system. The others were above $500. Mike worked by the hour and saved my hundreds of dollars. Michael is a hard worker, does the job right, makes your schedule work if possible, kind, knowledgeable, quiet, considerate and so much more. He has fixed my internet, set up various smart speakers and smart lights, refixed my internet, fixed my many computer problems, set up a tv, set up a hot spot...To some these would be easy tasks...for me they were impossible!
