I had Mike repair my In Win PC which not booting. He was able to come by that night to help me fix my computer. He also tirelessly worked for several hours to get the graphics card to work. I was more than happy with great prices, high quality in service, as well as same day service. He was also very easy to work with and explained to me to what was going on during the repair. I asked Mike to repair my laptop because DELL was unreasonable to their prices. Mike researched the repair and we talked on the phone. He was very professional, and honest with me that doing the repair himself might not be too different from DELL for good reasons. I highly recommend Mike because he is honest and will work for YOUR interest.
