I asked Mike to repair my laptop because DELL was unreasonable to their prices. Mike researched the repair and we talked on the phone. He was very professional, and honest with me that doing the repair himself might not be too different from DELL for good reasons. Mike was great! Friendly, patient and kind! For weeks I went back and forth wiyh him with questions, each question i had he answered in a timely matter.
