Was having trouble with downloading data from old laptop to new laptop and syncing using Edge & Google Drive as I have for last 5 years, plus my camera wasn’t working. Mike came to my house to assess a boot sector failure. He quickly diagnosed it as a failed solid-state drive, he had a replacement with him, he installed it, reinstalled Windows 10, with all the updates, ensured the Windows license was properly activated, and I was back running in one hour! Mike was very knowledgeable, and he only charged $25 for the replacement solid-state drive, which is pretty close to retail prices. So overall, I don't think this kind of service exists anywhere else. Oh, and BTW, all this happened <48 hours after I first contacted him. Amazing.
