Michael fixed my laptop when I had ruined a screw that held in my battery. He came to the house with his equipment, he was respectful and explained everything he was going to do.
He not only fixed the screw, he replaced the battery (I had purchased previously when I thought I could do it myself) and he ran tests on my laptop to see the functionality.
After, he explained to me the types of programs that were downloaded that were draining my computer that I didn’t need. He was extremely thorough.
I absolutely recommend Michael for all your technological needs.

He quickly diagnosed it as a failed solid-state drive, he had a replacement with him, he installed it, reinstalled Windows 10, with all the updates, ensured the Windows license was properly activated, and I was back running in one hour! Mike was very knowledgeable, and he only charged $25 for the replacement solid-state drive, which is pretty close to retail prices. So overall, I don't think this kind of service exists anywhere else. Oh, and BTW, all this happened
