Michael fixed my laptop when I had ruined a screw that held in my battery. He came to the house with his equipment, he was respectful and explained everything he was going to do.

He not only fixed the screw, he replaced the battery (I had purchased previously when I thought I could do it myself) and he ran tests on my laptop to see the functionality.

After, he explained to me the types of programs that were downloaded that were draining my computer that I didn’t need. He was extremely thorough.

I absolutely recommend Michael for all your technological needs.

I asked Mike to repair my laptop because DELL was unreasonable to their prices. Mike researched the repair and we talked on the phone. He was very professional, and honest with me that doing the repair himself might not be too different from DELL for good reasons. Mike was terrific.

Mike helped me set up my new computer which involved transferring data from my old lap top. He was very thorough and responsive to the many questions I had. I plan on using his services again and would highly recommend.

Mike was professional, attentive to details, and care about details. The communication in regarding the installation was great. In my case, I had all the materials from Starlink, including the installation kit and additional wiring. Most installers will not have additional material for the job. I quoted 3 different installers, not counting Starlink. Starlink wanted $1000 to install their system. The others were above $500. Mike worked by the hour and saved my hundreds of dollars. Mike goes out of his way to really solve computer issues. I had an extensive gaming setup that went wrong. He was able to schedule an appointment almost same day to help diagnose.

He goes above and beyond in time and effort to understand the WHOLE problem. Not just a quick patch.

I will use his services again either remotely or looking at the hardware. Couldn't be more thankful.

Michael is a hard worker, does the job right, makes your schedule work if possible, kind, knowledgeable, quiet, considerate and so much more. He has fixed my internet, set up various smart speakers and smart lights, refixed my internet, fixed my many computer problems, set up a tv, set up a hot spot...To some these would be easy tasks...for me they were impossible! Michael made it happen! And I even learned a few things!

Mike did an excellent job replacing a broken fan on our HP laptop. I will certainly call him again for any computer repairs are needed.

Was having trouble with downloading data from old laptop to new laptop and syncing using Edge & Google Drive as I have for last 5 years, plus my camera wasn’t working. Two other local companies wanted $200-$300 to begin, but Mike listened to what my issues were and suggested we walk through it over the phone. Viola, about 15 minutes later all issues were handled and the price was a lot more reasonable than the first 2 bids.
