Mike Cote did an excellent job repairing our desk top computer, keeping us updated and checking on our level of satisfaction. We were very pleased and would use him again.

Mike goes out of his way to really solve computer issues. I had an extensive gaming setup that went wrong. He was able to schedule an appointment almost same day to help diagnose.

He goes above and beyond in time and effort to understand the WHOLE problem. Not just a quick patch.

I will use his services again either remotely or looking at the hardware. Couldn't be more thankful.

He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Resolved my problem.

I asked Mike to repair my laptop because DELL was unreasonable to their prices. Mike researched the repair and we talked on the phone. He was very professional, and honest with me that doing the repair himself might not be too different from DELL for good reasons. I had Mike repair my In Win PC which not booting. He was able to come by that night to help me fix my computer. He also tirelessly worked for several hours to get the graphics card to work. I was more than happy with great prices, high quality in service, as well as same day service. He was also very easy to work with and explained to me to what was going on during the repair. Michael fixed my laptop when I had ruined a screw that held in my battery. He came to the house with his equipment, he was respectful and explained everything he was going to do.

He not only fixed the screw, he replaced the battery (I had purchased previously when I thought I could do it myself) and he ran tests on my laptop to see the functionality.

After, he explained to me the types of programs that were downloaded that were draining my computer that I didn’t need. He was extremely thorough.

I absolutely recommend Michael for all your technological needs.

Mike came to my house to assess a boot sector failure. He quickly diagnosed it as a failed solid-state drive, he had a replacement with him, he installed it, reinstalled Windows 10, with all the updates, ensured the Windows license was properly activated, and I was back running in one hour! Mike was very knowledgeable, and he only charged $25 for the replacement solid-state drive, which is pretty close to retail prices. So overall, I don't think this kind of service exists anywhere else. Oh, and BTW, all this happened

Very reasonable rates. Flexible. Got the work done days ahead of schedule. I have a 2019 Dell XPS whose power supply died and Mike got it back to me super fast.

Mike did a great job fixing my daughter's laptop at my home. He completed the repair in a single visit I highly recommend him for any computer repairs you might need.

Mike was great. I pride myself on being relatively capable of handling most of our at-home technology needs but we ran into an issue with sons newly built gaming pc that we just couldn’t figure out.
Mike came over the same day, and in 2 hours had us up and running (while validating that we built the pc correctly which was a second win!)

Was having trouble with downloading data from old laptop to new laptop and syncing using Edge & Google Drive as I have for last 5 years, plus my camera wasn’t working. Two other local companies wanted $200-$300 to begin, but Mike listened to what my issues were and suggested we walk through it over the phone. Viola, about 15 minutes later all issues were handled and the price was a lot more reasonable than the first 2 bids.
