Pay your QuickBooks invoice online
After most jobs you receive an invoice email from QuickBooks (intuit.com) on behalf of Mike Cote Tech LLC. That email includes a secure Pay now button:
1. Open the invoice email
Search your inbox for QuickBooks or support@mikecotetech.com. Invoices arrive within 24 hours of your appointment.
2. Click “Pay now”
The secure QuickBooks page accepts credit/debit cards and bank transfer (ACH). You do not need a QuickBooks account.
3. Keep the receipt
A payment confirmation lands in your inbox immediately, and your invoice is marked paid automatically in our books.
Other ways to pay
- Card, cash, or check at your appointment - payment is due when the work is done.
- Check by mail - payable to Mike Cote Tech LLC; reply to your invoice email for the mailing address.
