How a remote session works
1. Book your hour
Pick a time that suits you in the booking calendar - evenings and weekends included. You get a confirmation right away.
2. We connect
At your appointment time, Mike sends you a one-click connection link by email or text. You click it, and he can see your screen and fix things while you watch.
3. You stay in control
You can see everything that happens, chat the whole time, and end the session with one click at any moment. When it is done, the connection is gone - not dormant, not saved.
What remote support can fix
- Slow computers, startup cleanup, and full tune-ups
- Windows and Mac updates that refuse to cooperate
- Email problems, printer software, and app installations
- Scam cleanups - if you let a fake “Microsoft technician” in, we clean up and secure everything
- One-on-one training: backups, password managers, browsers, and the basics
What needs a house call instead
Hardware problems - a machine that will not power on, cracked screens, failing drives, new PC setup with data transfer, Wi-Fi coverage, and wiring. If remote turns out to be the wrong tool, we stop, and you only pay for the time used - an on-site visit gets scheduled from there.
What you need
- A working internet connection on the computer that needs help
- Your phone nearby, so we can talk while working
- Your login password for the computer
Book Remote Support - first hour $65
Additional time is $32.50 per half hour, always quoted and approved before work continues.
