My Wi-Fi is slow — do I need a new router?
Not always. Slow Wi-Fi can be caused by router placement, interference, outdated firmware, ISP issues, or too many connected devices. We diagnose the actual cause before recommending any hardware.
What is a mesh network and do I need one?
A mesh network uses multiple nodes placed around your home to create consistent Wi-Fi coverage in every room. It's a great solution for larger homes with dead zones. We can assess your home and recommend whether mesh is the right fit.
Can you set up my new router from my ISP?
Yes. We configure routers from Spectrum, Comcast/Xfinity, and other providers, including setting up your network name, password, and any port forwarding or parental control settings you need.
My printer won't connect to Wi-Fi — can you fix that?
Yes. Printer wireless connection problems are one of the most common issues we see. We connect printers from HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, and other brands.
